By accessing or using social.inksnapp.co.za, you agree to:

  • INKSNAPP’s Privacy Policy

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. DESCRIPTION OF PLATFORM

INKSNAPP Social is a private online social platform allowing users to:

  • Create profiles
  • Share posts, media, and content
  • Join groups and communicate

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

You agree to:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • Malware, spam, phishing content
  • Content violating intellectual property rights

INKSNAPP reserves the right to remove content without notice.

6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Users must:

  • Respect others
  • Not abuse or harass
  • Not misuse the platform

Violation may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent ban

7. MEDIA UPLOADS

Users may upload images and media subject to:

  • File size limits
  • Server capacity
  • Content moderation

INKSNAPP is not responsible for loss of uploaded media.

8. PRIVACY

Use of the Platform is subject to:

9. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

The Platform is provided:

  • Without guarantees of uptime or performance

  • Suspend services temporarily

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in prohibited activities

Termination may occur without prior notice.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INKSNAPP is not liable for:

  • User-generated content
  • Data loss
  • Platform downtime
  • Indirect or consequential damages

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by:

  • Laws of South Africa
  • POPIA and CPA

Disputes will follow arbitration procedures defined in INKSNAPP’s main Terms.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
